This mission of our Community Faith Ministry is to provide Christian service and support to our Trinity members, and also to others in the community that are unable to physically attend church services.

This ministry is comprised of our Parish Nursing Ministry, Lay Eucharistic Ministry, and Inspirations Memory Care spiritual support worship.

Parish Nursing Ministry-

This is a ministry that addresses the importance of mind, body and spiritual needs of a person.  It is led by a certified parish nurse, who is supported by a Health and Wellness team comprised of interested lay members of the church.  The parish nurse provides monthly blood pressure screenings on the 4th Sunday of each month between worship services, and monthly health and wellness information, including speakers to educate and answer questions for our members. The parish nurse provides another dimension as she addresses the wholeness of healing.

Lay Eucharistic Ministry-

This outreach ministry provides monthly visits to those members who are unable to attend church services due to a physical or declining circumstance.   The lay ministers share communion with those that they visit during the 3rd week of each month.

Inspirations Memory Care Worship-

Since October of 2016 we have provided weekly worship service to this facility in our community.  It began as a request from the facility to provide spiritual services to the residents.  It has been well received by the residents who enjoy the words and music of our leaders.
